JEFFREY WRIGHT last played Broadway in Bring in 'Da Noise, Bring in 'Da Funk. Other stage work: Angels in America (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle Awards), NYSF productions of Julius Caesar, King Lear and Topdog/Underdog. He was recently honored with an AFI Award for his portrayal of Martin Luther King, Jr. in HBO's NAACP Image Award-winning "Boycott." Film: Ali, Basquiat, Ang Lee's Ride with the Devil, Shaft and Cement. TV: "Separate but Equal," "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles," "Homicide: Life on the Street" and the upcoming HBO film "Angels in America." He is a new husband and the proud father of a son.
